Demos

Real, narrated walkthroughs of FLME's build pipeline actually running — for showing a non-engineering audience what the process produces, not just describing it. Each entry below is a self-contained HTML file that lives in the repo it was actually built in; this page links to it rather than copying it in, so there's one real copy, not a wiki-side snapshot that can drift out of date.

Distinct from Marlowe's Deliverables above — those are pitch/analysis decks built about the pipeline for marketing purposes; the demos here are walkthroughs of one real, specific build, produced by the agent that did the build.

Requirements-to-purchase walkthroughs

Pawsdemo Walkthrough ux-template/docs/demo-deck/pawsdemo-walkthrough.html

A 10-slide, self-contained walkthrough — "From a client's raw requirements to a working, live purchase flow" — narrating one real ux-template build end to end, with live command output and real screenshots at each step, captured 2026-09-05: the mock-vs-live-API decision; the design deriving itself from the client's requirements markup (7 screens, zero questions asked); a live-schema verification against the real backend (34 of 34 fields matched); the first generated build; a real gap the process caught on its own — the generated screens had no way to actually start a purchase — checked against the client's own workflow documentation, not just against whether pages render; the resulting decision to author a proper guided-journey interview rather than patch around it; the co-designed result; and a completed live purchase, verified twice over (on screen, and independently re-checked against the backend afterward) rather than taken on faith.

Run against a proof-of-concept client, not a live production engagement — the deck itself says so on its title slide. Lives in ux-template (Wren's repo), but built by a separate, concurrent session there self-identified as DEMOMAKER, not Wren herself — confirmed directly against ux-template/STATE.md, 2026-09-06. This wiki only links to it either way.
